We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing front desk operations. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries.
- Handle clerical tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Support medical receptionist duties as needed, including patient check-in and data entry.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications is essential.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Experience with phone systems and customer support practices.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
