What You'll Do
- Greet patients by name, room them, and keep the clinical side of the day running smoothly
- Set up, apply, and monitor therapeutic modalities — electrical stim, ultrasound, decompression, and more
- Guide patients through their prescribed rehab exercises, demonstrate proper form, and track their progress
- Document therapy sessions and exercise notes accurately in our EHR, including time in/time out
- Flag unusual patient responses or concerns to the doctor promptly and clearly
- Open and close therapy stations — turning on equipment, sanitizing between patients, and restocking supplies
- Ensure all notes are completed and signed before the end of each shift
- Be a calm, welcoming presence for patients at every step of their visit
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in rehab, athletics, or personal training — we'll train the right person who brings the right attitude
- Familiarity with anatomy, physiology, or medical terminology
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic without missing the details
- Strong communicator who can make patients feel at ease and supported
- Trustworthy with confidential patient information and professional in all interactions

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
