Key Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors with patient intake, including gathering medical history and clearly explaining procedures
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature)
- Provide patient education on post-treatment care, exercises, massage, and lifestyle recommendations
- Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EHR system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinic environment
