This role leads deployment of IntellaQuest modules (PRRQuest and InspectQuest), owns daily quality KPIs, enables automated reporting through Power BI, and supports continuous improvement aligned with Slate’s QMS.

This role leads deployment of IntellaQuest modules (PRRQuest and InspectQuest), owns daily quality KPIs, enables automated reporting through Power BI, and supports continuous improvement aligned with Slate’s QMS.
| WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Quality Systems Deployment & Administration
- Configure and launch IntellaQuest modules (PRRQuest and InspectQuest).
- Validate master data and integrate with QMS documentation.
- Lead system pilot, go-live, and stabilization within 60 days.
- Develop role-based training materials, SOPs, and job aids.
- Conduct hands-on training and competency validation.
- Maintain centralized repository of documentation.
- Own and maintain daily Quality KPI Board accuracy.
- Communicate performance and trigger corrective actions.
- Lead daily quality stand-ups as required.
- Develop Quality KPI Automation Roadmap.
- Build and deploy automated Power BI dashboards.
- Document data governance and refresh schedules.
- Support CI initiatives and cross-functional quality alignment.
- Enable sustainable quality workflows and behaviors.
Qualifications
- 3 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in manufacturing quality systems and KPI management.
- Power BI and quality system experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
