What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA PDI position at Smoker Craft Inc?
Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for QA PDI! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN.
This position ensures our products (Pontoon / Fiberglass / Aluminum boats) are in working order; meeting quality and safety standards and free from defects before being shipped to a customer.
Shift Schedule is 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnostics/Troubleshooting
- Electrical
- Inspections
- On water testing
- Experience with trailering boats; loading/unloading
- Ability to confidently drive boats
- Repair/Replace equipment
Required skills and experience:
- Previous Marine Mechanic Schooling/Experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a team toward one common goal
- High level of initiative and demonstrated use of proactive problem solving
Schedule:
-8-hour shift
-Day shift 6 am - 2:30 pm
-Monday to Friday
