We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Violations Processor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong computer skills who enjoys working with technology, reviewing information, and completing detailed tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Position Details
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Full-time, In-Person
Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Start Date: October 6th
Training: September 28th–October 2nd
- What You’ll Do
Review video footage and images to determine if a violation occurred.
Review and process photo enforcement violations using web-based systems.
Verify and enter license plate and violation information accurately.
Interpret and validate events according to established guidelines.
Use Google Maps and other online tools for research.
Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
- What We’re Looking For
Strong computer and internet skills.
Comfortable using Google Suite, Google Maps, and online research tools.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to follow strict data protection and confidentiality policies.
Flexibility to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
