About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our residential (B2C) sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, possess strong sales skills, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our residential customer base and drive sales in the New York and New Jersey markets.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with residential customers to understand their internet and telecommunications needs.
- Promote Skywire Networks' products and services to potential customers through various sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of internet and telecommunications products and services is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and other customer service tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
