- - Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests.
- - Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.
- - Rent & Payments: Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records.
- - Administration: Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized.
- - Team Support: Work closely with senior property managers and contractors.
- - Property Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep.
- Attend monthly board meetings as required
- - Strong communication and customer service skills
- - Basic knowledge of property operations and building systems
- - Organized and detail-oriented
- - Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
- - Willingness to learn and grow into more responsibilities
- - Proficiency in Russian a plus but not mandatory
