Position Overview
In this role, you will support the Senior Graphic Designer, working on seasonal prints, graphics and embroideries from initial concept through production. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production and overseas partners to ensure high-quality art execution, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
What You'll Do
- Assist in creating seasonal original designs and graphics assets that reflect the brand identity.
- Translate concepts into production-ready artwork.
- Maintain the existing production library.
- Help with cads.
- Review production submits and communicate with overseas and in-house teams throughout the production approval process.
- Stay current on print and graphics trends, color. and market standards; incorporate findings into new design concepts.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to design calendar.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience (fashion industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; familiarity with macs and strong digital file management skills. Pointecarre experience is a plus.
- Strong eye for color layout, and visual communication.
- Understanding of production processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team under tight timelines.
- Branded collection experience in womens sportswear.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
