Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Administration Coordinator, you will:
- Update pilot and flight attendant schedules for leaves of absence, vacation, company business, and initial/annual proficiency training.
- Build schedules for pilots and flight attendants returning from a leave of absence.
- Conduct monthly audits of pilot and flight attendant schedules.
- Coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training.
- Receive and respond to calls, chats, and emails from crew members.
- Assist the Master Vacation Coordinator with preparing and awarding the Master Vacation Bid for pilots and flight attendants.
- Process crew member schedule requests through Sked .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Self-motivated team player
- Ability to work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly and positively
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, by telephone and in person, with crew members, dispatchers, and other office staff
- This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, Utah. Remote work is not available.
- Shift: Four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
