What We're Looking For
- A Magnetic Personality: We need servers who are genuinely outgoing and friendly. You should love interacting with people and making them feel right at home when they walk in the door.
- A Heart for Hospitality: This is more than just taking orders. We want intuitive, attentive people who genuinely care about every guest's experience. You'll be a guide, a host, and a brand ambassador all in one.
- Team Players: Our kitchen and front-of-house teams work together seamlessly to deliver an unforgettable meal. We need you to be collaborative, reliable, and ready to jump in and help your teammates.
- Knowledge & Passion: While experience is a plus, we really want someone who is hungry to learn about our menu and passionate about sharing it with others. We'll teach you everything you need about our from-scratch ingredients and unique dishes.
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay & Tips: Your hard work will be rewarded. Beginning pay rate is $2.15 per hour plus tips. This is equivalent to the range of $10 - $15 per hour
