Initially focused on operational finance leadership, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regional finance teams across a multi-site organization. In short order, you will transition into the CFO role, assuming responsibility for enterprise financial strategy, capital planning, treasury, revenue cycle, and technology alignment.

- Identify and implement systems and process improvements, modernizing financial infrastructure and reducing reliance on manual/Excel-based processes
- Evaluate and support growth initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, and capital investments through financial modeling and due diligence
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including lenders, auditors, and strategic partners
- 15 years of progressive finance leadership (CPA required)
- Experience in complex, multi-entity environments (healthcare preferred)
- Strong operational and strategic finance capabilities
- Track record of driving performance improvement and systems modernization
- Executive presence with ability to partner at the board level
