We have partnered with our longtime high-end retail client who is a certified B-Corp that is making a key hire (growth role) for a talented Senior Data Analyst (digital focus). In this highly visible position, you will be reporting to their Dir of BI where you will work across data web, product, brand teams to lead analytics, data pipeline, personalization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least several years of data experience working within eCommerce / retail or digital marketing environments.

Desired Skills And Experience

• BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Effective communication skills with ability to lead initiatives and work with a varied audience
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Alteryx, Python / R, APIs
• Hybrid role on-site (3 days a week))
• $120-150s salary depending on experience profit sharing, PTO, 401K match, strong benefits package, nice office perks / amenities
