Responsibilities

Design and implement data structures, lakes, schemas, and analytics tools to integrate CRM, ERP, and marketing systems. Drive efficiency through tool evaluation and adoption (e.g., Power BI, Python, Redshift, Presto, Airflow). Act as player-coach: Hands-on development initially, then manage hiring, team growth, and performance. Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast pace to deliver high-impact insights.

Desired Skills And Experience

Technical 4 year degree 5 years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence Proven technical expertise in BI tools, data engineering, and analytics. Leadership experience (formal preferred) in small to mid-sized teams; comfortable in startup-like settings. Adaptable, innovative mindset with a desire to optimize processes. Preference for candidates local to the Twin Cities area
