Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate opening balance sheet numbers for acquired entities in accordance with GAAP.
• Drive accounting process integration for newly acquired entities.
• Oversee month-end close process for newly acquired entities post-acquisition, ensuring smooth transition.
• Develop scalable processes to efficiently onboard and integrate acquisitions
• Assist with audit requirements/ requests relating to acquisitions.
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 2 years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting roots and CPA highly preferred
• Opening balance sheet/ acquisition accounting experience highly preferred
• Driven and motivated to grow
