We’re partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing organization in the Twin Cities seeking a Manager to take ownership of a critical function supporting a multi-site workforce.

This is a highly visible role responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across a complex, multi-state environment. You’ll collaborate closely with HR and finance while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll for a multi-location workforce
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies
• Partner with HR and accounting to reconcile employee data
• Support AP/AR and assist with transactional accounting as needed
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• 5–10 years of payroll experience in a mid-to-large company environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately
• Experience with payroll systems and multi-state processing
• Self-starter comfortable in a lean, collaborative team
