As the inaugural salesperson, you will shape the go-to-market strategy, develop consultant and allocator relationships, and drive new mandates across the U.S. You’ll partner closely with senior portfolio managers, gain deep insight into high-quality core equity strategies and play a pivotal role in elevating the firm’s institutional visibility.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a targeted pipeline of institutional prospects
- Engage consultants, RIAs, endowments, and foundations with a strategic, relationship-based approach
- Lead meetings, conferences, and travel planning; maintain disciplined activity and CRM hygiene
- Serve as a highly visible ambassador of the firm’s investment philosophy and performance
- 5–10 years in institutional sales or consultant relations;
- Proven ability to generate meetings and close new business
- Strong communication and organizational discipline
- Midwest or major-hub based
- Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
