Responsibilities

• 8 years of experience in collections, loan servicing, or financial services -Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and accountability -Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities -Experience with dialer strategy, skip tracing, or collections systems -Ability to balance performance goals with compliance and customer experience
