Have you ever wanted to be right-hand to help lead 100x growth over the next 5 years? This is an opportunity to work directly under a CFO with a track-record of scaling/building businesses and be a strategic advisor across the organization.

This hire will be responsible for building and operating a top-class accounting function for a growing organization. It will partner closely with the CFO and leadership to optimize processes, systems, and workflows for the entire organization, and lead a small team. This hire will also lead month-end close, financial reporting, and be a subject-matter expert on complex accounting issues.

Ideal candidates have 8 years of accounting experience, ideally in financial services or wealth management, and strong technical skillset in lease accounting, equity compensation, and purchase accounting. CPA preferred but not required.

This role is hybrid, 2-3x per week on site in Downtown Chicago.
