What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with financial software and reporting tools; proficiency in Excel is a must!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, inspire others, and drive accountability.
