This person will play a key role on the Capital Formation team, and will support and develop business with new and existing investors and consultants as well as assist with new product initiatives. This person will work alongside and report directly to the local senior distribution team.
We are looking for someone who is intellectually curious, has strong hustle and drive with a sales-focused personality.
Experience in institutional sales process and procedure, along with CRM tools is required. Exposure to private credit, structured products, specialty finance, consumer finance, and real asset sales is desired.

- Support and contribute to capital raising efforts alongside senior sales professionals across multiple strategies and fund vehicles.
- Work closely with senior sales team to support fundraising and relationship management across existing investors, prospects and consultants.
- Assist in the execution of fundraising initiatives, including investor research, coordination of meetings, roadshow planning and follow-up with prospective and existing investors.
- Collaborate with the broader Capital Formation team, investment professionals, and Performance Execution Group (PEG) to respond to investor requests and support due diligence processes.
- Contribute to internal reporting, pipeline tracking, and ad hoc projects as assigned by senior sales staff.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to support broader capital formation and investment strategy discussions.
- Represent the firm professionally in investor interactions, conferences, and industry events, with a focus on brand consistency and relationship-building.
- 4-6 years of experience in an institutional asset management role (alternatives experience preferred)
- Understanding of institutional investor landscape and sales process
- Undergraduate degree with excellent academic qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Technically proficient (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Industry Databases, Copilot)
- Team player with ability to operate effectively across functions and levels of the organization
- Self-starter with strong client service skills
- Desire to be client facing with willingness to travel
