Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations
Provides strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of enterprise cloud services, infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, service desk operations, and end-user support. Leads technology modernization, vendor management, IT service governance, cybersecurity compliance, disaster recovery, and operational performance while ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology services. Reports to the CIO and/or CTO.
