Family Law Paralegal
Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with a passion for family law? Our dynamic and fast-growing law firm is looking for a Family Law Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you’ll be essential in supporting attorneys, managing case files, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Case Management: Maintain and organize case files; ensure timely and accurate document filing.
- Client Communication: Serve as a main point of contact for clients—gather information, provide updates, and deliver excellent client service.
- Court Filings: Prepare and file pleadings and other documents with Washington state courts.
- Trial Prep: Support attorneys with trial prep, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and trial binders.
- Calendar Management: Schedule hearings, meetings, and deadlines for multiple attorneys.
- Admin Support: Answer phones, manage emails, and assist with daily office tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of family law paralegal experience (Spokane County preferred)
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with legal software/Microsoft Office
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to support multiple attorneys
- Certification: Paralegal Certificate and must be registered with the Spokane County Bar Association.
