The attorney will handle family law cases, including reviewing legal issues, drafting and responding to motions, conducting research and representing clients in legal matters. The role involves case preparation, client consultations, court appearances for motion hearings and trials and developing legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaboration with other attorneys and staff will also be essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Admitted to the WA Bar or will be taking WA Bar in near future
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills, the ability to think logically and deliver creative solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive client matters with empathy and professionalism
