Job description:
The Whipple Law Group, PLLC, is a growing law firm, focused in the areas of Probate, Guardianship, Elder Law, and Land Use. Located in Spokane Washington, we are seeking an associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years’ experience in the above listed areas of law. The position is full-time and in-office. Applicant’s schedule will need to accommodate an 8-5 Monday through Friday weekday schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, works well in a collaborative environment, and prioritizes client satisfaction in their representation.
Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate a busy caseload
· Provide competent advocacy to clients
· Maintain client relationships
· Prepare legal documents
· Represent client interests in a courtroom setting
Requirements
· Experience with Land Use, Elder Law, and/or Probate
· Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
· Good standing with the Washington State Bar.
