Pay Rate: $21.05/hourSchedule: TBD — Candidates must be open to 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, or 12pm–9pm shifts.Purpose and ScopeThe Supply Chain Specialist supports the day‐to‐day operations of the supply chain department while identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes. This role is essential in aligning supply chain strategies with organizational goals, driving continuous improvement, and fostering innovation to meet evolving business needs.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily receiving of inbound trucks within the ERP systemResolve discrepancies from inbound shipments by coordinating with appropriate partiesProcess inventory adjustments to ensure accuracyResolve systemic order‐closure discrepancies in the ERP systemProcess all inbound product documentation into the main distribution center via ERPBuild and maintain strong working relationships with cross‐functional departments and business unitsAdhere to the Code of Business Conduct, company policies, and all applicable laws and regulationsSupport various projects as assigned by the direct supervisorPerform other duties as assignedExperience and Required SkillsProficiency in ExcelExperience with IFS and/or SAPStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsAbility to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyExperience collaborating across functional teamsExperience working with third‐party service providersAbility to thrive in a fast‐paced environmentComfortable working in a hybrid work modelStrong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of email communicationCompany DescriptionSkySource Solutions believes in attaining success.
