Consumer Service Coordinator – Remote (Multiple Shifts Available)Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)Pay: $16–$17/hour (flexible for certain states)Duration: February – July (with potential extension; low performers may be released in June)Please note for candidates that reside in California or Washington state the pay rate is $17-$18/hourAbout the RoleWe are seeking Consumer Service Coordinators to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support across phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. You’ll assist with product questions, troubleshoot issues, process orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience using Salesforce.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and provide accurate, timely solutions.Assist customers via chat and email when needed.Provide expert advice on lawn and garden products and care.Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers step-by-step.Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately.Document interactions in Salesforce and track resolutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Stay informed on company policies, promotions, and product offerings.Ideal CandidateExperience: 1 years in customer service (call center preferred).Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple systems; Salesforce experience a plus.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.Problem-Solving: Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving issues.Customer Focus: Passion for delivering excellent service.Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Nice to Have: Lawn/garden knowledge, remote work experience, Google Suite familiarity.Schedule & ShiftsOperating Hours are based on East Coast Time Zone!Mon–Fri: 8 AM – 8 PMSat: 8 AM – 5 PMShifts Available:Open: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 positions)Mid: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (11 positions)Close: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (20 positions)Days Off: Split days off; Saturday work required (rotating schedule).
