Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour
• Opportunity for permanent hire at a higher pay rate
• Up to 20 hours of overtime per week during peak production seasons

Job Responsibilities

• Operate computer-controlled production systems used to process and mix raw material ingredients.
• Monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate operation.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues with limited supervision.
• Complete daily production checklists, equipment inspections, and calibration checks.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Operate a forklift to move and transport raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits on production equipment.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain machinery before, during, and after production runs.
• Accurately identify materials and follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a dusty indoor and outdoor environment in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays when required.
