Skyscraper Marketing is looking for a performance-driven and people-smart Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our outreach team in Concord, CA and neighboring communities. As an Assistant Manager, you will engage directly with customers daily, connecting residents across the East Bay to affordable wireless plans and data services that genuinely improve their lives. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who brings both strong individual sales results and real leadership presence into every single shift.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager at Skyscraper Marketing, you will:
- Engage customers face-to-face across Concord, CA market and surrounding East Bay communities to present affordable wireless and data plan options.
- Drive personal sales results daily while supporting the broader team's outreach performance.
- Engage with and coach junior team members on customer communication, sales techniques, and daily campaigns.
- Track and report team sales activity to senior leadership accurately and on time.
- Engage with customers to resolve concerns on the spot, de-escalating issues professionally and ensuring every interaction reflects our standard of excellence
- Assistant Managers should stay sharp on all affordable wireless plans, data services, and sales strategies through ongoing training.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred. Full onboarding and sales training provided for every Assistant Manager from day one
- Confident and engaging in direct, face-to-face customer settings across the greater Concord, CA and East Bay market.
- Leadership-minded with the personal drive to engage, support, and elevate teammates while maintaining strong individual sales output at all times
- Clear, composed, and professional communicator who can engage a wide range of customers.
- Highly accountable to manage team priorities, track daily sales numbers, and deliver consistent results in a fast-moving field outreach environment
- Full-time availability to maximize customer engagement opportunities across all surrounding East Bay communities we serve as a Wireless Assistant Manager
Pay: $57,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
