Skyscraper Marketing is growing in Concord and looking for a Junior Brand Representative to help introduce local customers to cutting-edge wireless services. As a Junior Brand Representative, you'll represent a nationally recognized telecommunications provider and create memorable, personalized experiences that help customers discover services designed to keep them connected.

Every Junior Brand Representative plays an important role in generating brand awareness, supporting customer acquisition efforts, and helping more customers discover reliable wireless services through retail campaigns and promotional events.

Responsibilities of the Junior Brand Representative

• Engage directly with customers at retail campaigns and promotional setups to introduce wireless services and available solutions.
• Create engaging customer interactions that increase brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on available wireless services and explain how different options can support their communication needs.
• Support sales efforts by answering questions, identifying customer interests, and helping facilitate enrollments.
• Gather feedback from customer conversations to strengthen future marketing and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing both Skyscraper Marketing and our telecommunications partner.
• Participate in ongoing sales and marketing training designed to develop communication, leadership, and business skills.

Qualifications of the Junior Brand Representative

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in marketing, promotions, telecommunications, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
• Previous customer service, retail, marketing, events, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation to our Concord office daily.
