POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Bookkeeper who will oversee Skyline's financial operations, keeping the numbers accurate, organized, and insightful. This person will manage accounting processes, reporting, budgets, and ensure that the business is profitable and sustainable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Enter and reconcile daily deposits and credit card receipts
- Oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable for all businesses
- Enter monthly inventory
- Monitor budgets and company's financial status
- Manage tenant invoices
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Analyze benchmarks that will be used to measure the company's performance.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports
- Reports significant budget differences to management
- Works with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual audit
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Work alongside the President and HR Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Previous bookkeeping experience required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
COMPENSATION
- $25-$32/hour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to sit for 4-6 hours a day
