Skyline Business Solutions, a sales and development firm that knows the only thing that should be patchy in Seattle is the fog, not your internet, is looking for a Wireless Account Representative. The Wireless Account Representative will also connect our customers with AT&T Fiber, the high-speed connection that's consistent from sunrise to sunset, even when you can't see either through the clouds.
As a Wireless Account Representative, you’ll design the perfect service experience for our customers with AT&T, while managing their accounts and driving sales. The Wireless Account Representative also checks in on their satisfaction, addresses concerns, and closes sales that keep them loyal. You’ll basically ensure our customers know exactly what they’re getting, and love it.
Responsibilities of the Wireless Account Representative
- Develop customer accounts by connecting our customers with AT&T Fiber plans tailored to their online lifestyle and connectivity needs.
- Profile customer preferences to uncover new sales opportunities and recommend the most suitable Fiber solutions.
- Steward customer accounts from enrollment through activation, ensuring every step supports a positive customer experience.
- Capitalize on account opportunities by recommending service enhancements that improve customer value and retention.
- Translate AT&T Fiber promotions and service offerings into meaningful sales opportunities for new and existing accounts.
- Elevate account performance by combining relationship management, customer retention, and consultative sales execution.
Qualifications of the Wireless Account Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable learning AT&T Fiber products, promotions, and account solutions.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to sales and customer success.
- Driven to succeed in account growth, customer retention, and sales performance.

Pay: $950.00 - $1,500.00 per week
