Our focus is on expanding our clients' reach into additional markets, and to do so, we are hiring an AT&T Crew Member immediately. This position is desired by someone who wants to be supported and developed into a future manager. AT&T Crew Member Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the AT&T Crew Member team and account managers to facilitate new campaign proposals and communicate business information.
- On behalf of management, participate in brand/service knowledge training given to on-site business development and account management teams.
- Assist customers with any questions they have regarding the services and brand to develop customized strategies and packages that would be aligned with their needs and wants.
- Seek new business opportunities in the market by acting as the liaison between our company and clients.
- Observe and learn from senior account managers and assist with framing new client objectives each week.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
AT&T Crew Member Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work hard in an entry-level position and attend appropriate training sessions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with multiple sales techniques.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Able to confidently and professionally communicate with other Executives.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Negotiation skills and persuasive
