Salary: Up to $95,000 , commensurate with experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | 24/7/365 Operational Environment

The Role
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Dispatch Manager to lead and elevate our dispatch operation. This is not a sit-back role—you’ll be in the action, making real-time decisions, leading your team from the front, and driving performance every day.

What You’ll Do
- Lead dispatch operations in a fast-paced, high-volume 24/7 environment
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing, accountable team
- Coach and train dispatchers to meet safety, service, and performance standards
- Make real-time operational decisions to keep service running smoothly
- Monitor schedules, manifests, and service levels to ensure on-time performance
- Use data and reporting to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Partner with Operations, Station Leadership, and HR on staffing and hiring
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
