A1 Chimney LLC is a fast-growing service company providing professional chimney, fireplace, and venting services across multiple states. Our Miami branch is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead our office scheduling operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing workflow, communication, and logistics from the office.
Position Overview
The Dispatch Manager will oversee all dispatch and scheduling operations, ensuring efficient coordination of daily appointments and smooth internal communication. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the dispatch and scheduling department.
- Maintain daily and weekly schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to coordinate appointments.
- Supervise and support dispatch staff.
- Use CRM and scheduling software to track progress and maintain accurate records.
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling inquiries.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide reports to management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM, scheduling, and communication software (Google Workspace, GPS tools, etc.).
- Able to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
