SuperTots, a franchiser of the Skyhawks Sports family, is dedicated to fostering motor skills, fitness, and confidence in kids aged 18 months to 5 years. Using games, fun activities, and an emphasis on non-competitive play, our programs create an exciting and positive environment that promotes physical development and enjoyment.

As a Youth Sports and Development Coach, you’ll introduce young children to the fundamentals of sports through fun, structured play. This part-time role provides flexibility to work around other commitments, making it an excellent opportunity if you’re passionate about working with young children and helping them grow through sports.

What You’ll Do and the Impact You’ll Make:

• Lead a group of young participants through sports activities, fostering a joyful and safe environment where kids can build their skills and confidence.
• Assist with setting up equipment and organizing participant giveaways to ensure smooth program sessions.
• Coordinate with parents who accompany their children, providing program information and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain high safety standards, ensuring all participants are well-supervised and in a secure environment.
• Complete light administrative tasks as needed to support program organization and smooth operations.

About Skyhawks Sports Academy: SupeTots, a franchiser of Skyhawks Sports, is dedicated to providing child development programs that use sports as a foundation for teaching life skills. Our mission is to promote motor skills, physical fitness, and self-confidence in young children through game-based programs that focus on fun above all else. Programs include:

• SuperTots Classes: For ages 18 months to 5, focusing on seven sports through game-based learning
• Skyhawks Programs: Skill-based offerings for ages 4 to 14 across 12 different sports formats

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Do you have a driver's license and a vehicle?
• We are operating in several surrounding locations such as Norfolk, Dedham, Medway, and Medfield. Would you be comfortable commuting to these locations?
• We are offering programs for kids ages 2-6 in our SuperTots programs. Would you be comfortable working with these age groups?
• We are also working with kids ages 7-14. Would you be comfortable working with these age groups?
• We are mainly looking for coaches who are available during the afterschool hours Monday-Friday between 3pm-7pm. We also have programs on Saturday mornings. Would you be available during these days and times?
