Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EEC Certified Infant Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. In this role, you will work with our current team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to the individual needs of each infant, through engaging activities and personalized care. You will help lay a strong foundation for each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and inspired to explore their world. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in our littlest learners.
We are also seeking an EEC Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher with the same dedication mentioned above.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care that meets each child's individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required.
- Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.
- Be comfortable speaking with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address any concerns.
- Incorporate principles of childhood development and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse needs or special education requirements.
- Document observations and assessments to track developmental progress and inform lesson planning or individualized support plans.
Qualifications
- EEC Infant, Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification
- Experience working with Infants/Toddlers in an early education setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices including curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with special education principles, early intervention strategies, and literacy education for young learners.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and children.

***Assistant Teacher qualifications: Someone who loves children, is willing to learn and ask questions, isn't afraid to jump right in, join the fun and tend to the children's needs, is ready to make a difference! The Assistant hours vary in different classrooms. Starting pay for Assistants is $17.50/hr.
Assistant positions we are seeking (positions can be combined if wanting more hours):
Infant M T Th F 3-4:30/5, W 2-4:30/5
Toddler/Preschool (2-3 year olds) M T Th F 10-3, W 10-2
Preschool M T 10:30-4:30, F 2:30-4:30
Pre-K T W 3-4:30
Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour
