SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a Supply and Service Support Representative (SSSR) to support the 20th CBRNE Command Nuclear Infrastructure Exploitation (NIX) Teams and the Surgeon Cell Radiation Safety Office (RSO) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. This position supports mission-critical logistics, sustainment, accountability, and readiness for CBRNE equipment, including Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). The role is the designated key personnel position for this task order and is responsible for the full scope of work under the requirement.
Position Summary
The SSSR provides contractor logistics support focused on equipment accountability, maintenance coordination, supply support, asset visibility, logistics reporting, and sustainment planning. This role uses GCSS-A as the primary logistics system and maintains a supplemental Logistics Information System (LIS) to track consumables, warranties, maintenance details, serial-numbered equipment, functional checks, obsolete items, and stockage/reorder data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Government-owned equipment accountability, inventory control, and asset visibility using GCSS-A.
- Maintain and update the LIS database for consumables, maintenance history, warranty data, equipment quantities, serial numbers, functional checks, obsolete items, and reorder objectives.
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans for NIX and Surgeon Cell RSO equipment, including preventive maintenance, calibration, repair schedules, and warranty/service tracking.
- Coordinate maintenance and calibration through OEMs or TMDE channels in accordance with applicable guidance.
- Track work orders, maintenance actions, equipment status, and location data to support mission readiness.
- Coordinate supply chain actions for COTS, GOTS, and specified consumables, with all required transactions recorded in GCSS-A.
- Support pre- and post-deployment equipment assessments and document damaged, obsolete, and replacement equipment requirements.
- Prepare and support required meetings, meeting minutes, monthly status reports, and asset visibility reporting.
- Coordinate pickup, delivery, shipment, and repair actions for equipment across APG or other designated Government locations while maintaining full accountability through the repair cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance.
- Experience in logistics, sustainment, supply support, property accountability, maintenance coordination, or related DoD support work.
- Experience working with GCSS-A or a similar Government logistics/property accountability system.
- Ability to manage equipment records, maintenance status, calibration schedules, and supply tracking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate across Government personnel, vendors, and maintenance providers while meeting deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently in a performance-based, non-personal services environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required access, credentials, and training needed for system and facility access. The PWS specifically requires personnel to have the experience, training, and certifications needed to comply with all task requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior support to Army logistics, sustainment, CBRNE, scientific, radiological, or technical equipment programs.
- Familiarity with TMDE, OEM maintenance coordination, calibration programs, and maintenance planning.
- Experience supporting Government property tracking, work orders, equipment shipment, and readiness reporting.
- Experience supporting deployed or deployable units with pre/post-deployment equipment assessments.
Compliance / Access Requirements
Selected personnel may be required to complete and maintain applicable onboarding, access, and compliance items associated with the task order, including GCSS-A training, CAC-related requirements, ATCTS registration for Government system access, Level I OPSEC Awareness, DoD IA awareness, CUI training, iWATCH training, and other security-related requirements tied to contract performance.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, supporting the 20th CBRNE Command. Standard support hours are 0900 to 1700, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The contractor is expected to support uninterrupted mission execution and maintain workforce continuity.
