SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with a hospitality company based in New York City to identify a motivated and highly organized Talent Acquisition Manager to support the company’s continued growth and recruitment efforts across multiple hospitality disciplines.
This role will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate outreach, interview coordination, onboarding support, reference checks, and overall hiring process management. The ideal candidate will bring prior hospitality recruiting or operational experience along with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
The position offers the opportunity to work closely with operational leadership while helping shape team culture, hiring strategy, and long-term talent development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across hospitality and corporate positions
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple disciplines and levels
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Conduct professional reference checks and support offer coordination
- Assist with onboarding, orientation logistics, and new hire integration
- Maintain candidate pipelines, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting reports
- Partner closely with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and organizational structure
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, job postings, and talent outreach efforts
- Ensure a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and candidate experience throughout the process
- Assist with recruiting process improvements and hiring workflow organization
Ideal Background
- Previous hospitality recruiting, talent acquisition, or hotel operations experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously within fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interact professionally with both candidates and senior leadership
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through throughout the hiring process
- Hospitality, luxury, restaurant, hotel, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred
