What We’re Looking For
- 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining or upscale restaurants
- Strong technical foundation (sauces, proteins, seafood, butchery, plating)
- Experience in chef-driven or tasting-menu kitchens preferred
- Calm, organized, and service-focused leadership style
- High standards, accountability, and team mentality
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain fine-dining standards across all stations
- Support daily service, prep, and quality control
- Assist with training, supervision, and kitchen leadership
