Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusion. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving conflicts and promoting positive workplace dynamics.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts for corporate and property-level roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.
  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance review processes, coaching managers on feedback and development planning.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Manage audits, investigations, and policy updates.
  • Training & Development: Champion learning initiatives that empower employees and support career growth across all levels.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Use data to drive decisions, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in hospitality or service-driven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
