What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at Sky Zone Charleston?
Join the Sky Zone Charleston team as a Team Lead. Team Leads can be over court monitor or cashiers. The Team Lead is there to make sure all staff under their supervision is performing their job correctly and is set up for success. Team Leads help with customer service by answering questions, explaining rules, making sure that the staff under their supervision is enforcing the same rules consistently. Team Leads have a very important role to create a fun and safe environment for guests. Team Leads for Court Monitors step in and act as a Court Monitor as needed. Other duties include cleaning and trampoline maintenance. Team Leads report to the Manager of Duty. Please note that while we have some weekday hours, most shifts are on the weekends during the school year.

Qualifications:
