Sales Administration Specialist

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

$23.00/hour

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sales Administration Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time office position ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process new customer contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Set up new customers and jobs in company software (Sedona & Rapid).
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare, mail, and send invoices to customers
• Manage and update customer portals.
• Assist with general administrative and office support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus (Sedona or Rapid experience is a bonus).
