What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Lead position at Sky Zone Charleston?
Pay starts at $10/hr
The kitchen Lead will be responsible for making pizzas for birthday parties and events. This job is primarily a weekend position - Friday night (6 - 9 pm), Saturday (10 am - 6 pm) and Sunday (12 - 6 pm) and for special events as assigned.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensures quality presentation of food.
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, food prep area, refrigerator, freezer and pantry.
- Ensures all kitchen equipment is operating properly.
- Tracks inventory
- Properly reports any problems to management for appropriate action.
- Work and communicate effectively with others
- Work independently and meet time schedules
- Work special events and holidays as needed
- Maintain proper sanitation regulations and food handling guidelines
- Reliable transportation
- Operate kitchen equipment
ServSafe certification preferred.
