Job Title: Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruiter

Overview
We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring efforts at a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing site. This individual will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and advancing top talent across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet critical staffing needs.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interview coordination, and candidate experience
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
- 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting full lifecycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or other regulated industries is a plus
- Strong ability to assess talent and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a sense of urgency

Compensation
- Hourly rate: $45–$60/hour (commensurate with experience)
