Position Overview
A growing industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to support both sales operations and internal customer communication. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, engineering, and operations, ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and a smooth experience throughout the sales and support process.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to sales, pricing, lead times, and general product information
- Support inside sales activities including lead qualification, quote preparation, and follow-up
- Act as an internal point of contact for customer questions, coordinating with engineering, service, and operations teams
- Assist outside sales representatives by preparing documentation, tracking opportunities, and maintaining CRM records
- Support order processing, status updates, and customer communications from order through delivery
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on open items
- Develop a working knowledge of the company’s equipment, applications, and customer use cases
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical products preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in CRM systems and standard business software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
