Known for our high-volume energy, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning views, we serve up an extensive menu of craft beach cocktails, frozen favorites, and laid-back food classics. From poolside lounging to cabana chilling, we’re where locals and vacationers alike come to unwind in style.We're looking for a hardworking, energetic Barback/Food Runner to support our bartenders, servers, and kitchen team. This role is essential for keeping the bar and dining areas running smoothly, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

• Restock beer, liquor, wine, glassware, and bar supplies throughout service.

• Prepare garnishes and maintain cleanliness of the bar area.

• Assist bartenders by retrieving ingredients, tools, and supplies as needed.

• Remove used glassware, sanitize surfaces, and take out trash regularly.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Deliver food from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.

• Confirm that all orders are complete and presented correctly before serving.

• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

• Help maintain clean service stations and dining areas.

• Provide friendly, helpful interaction with guests when needed.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused with a team-player mindset

• Able to work on your feet for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
