Beach & Pool Server

SkyBeach Resort is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Beach & Pool Servers to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our beachfront and poolside environments. This role is responsible for creating memorable, elevated yet relaxed guest experiences that reflect our barefoot luxury brand.

Our Beach & Pool Servers are ambassadors of fun, sun, and seamless service—anticipating guest needs while maintaining a polished, professional presence in an outdoor resort setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-service food and beverage service to guests on the beach, at the pool, and in cabana/daybed areas

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere

• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system promptly

• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to needs

• Upsell signature cocktails, featured menu items, and daily specials

• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, pool decks, beach areas, and cabanas

• Ensure proper handling of glassware and safety standards in pool and beach areas

• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines (including ID verification)

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work and restocking

• Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management

• Support special events, live music activations, and resort programming as needed

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred (resort or high-volume environment a plus)

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain)
