Our practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, construction law, real estate and property disputes, transportation law, and estate and business planning.

Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial and appeal.
- Draft and argue motions; handle written discovery and depositions.
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications
- Active Utah Bar License.
- 4–8 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and excellent communication.
- Applicants are not expected to bring an existing book of business.
