Qualifications & Responsibilities
- 3 years of experience with construction law and litigation
- Undergraduate degree and/or prior experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management is a plus
- Participate in depositions, court hearings, and negotiations.
- Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
- Active membership with the UT State Bar
- Motivated to grow and advance

Salary : $170,000 - $210,000
